They take over the management of investment projects – from modernization and expansion measures to new construction projects – and control them independently according to § 206 AHO. You are responsible for all performance phases 1-8 according to HOAI As project manager*in, you will ensure market-oriented, technical, architectural and urban planning while ensuring economic sustainability They implement sophisticated planning and construction projects and always keep in mind the defined services, costs, dates and budgets Together with us, you develop investment strategies (both commercial and technical) for GESOBAU and implement them successfully In this role you are the central interface between the various departments of GESOBAU and ensure smooth exchange and efficient cooperation

You have completed architectural studies or a comparable qualification You have professional experience as an architect*in in the performance phases 1-9 HOAI or have comparable experiences Even in challenging situations, you stay targeted, communicate clearly and bring projects to success You are happy to work in the team and appreciate the exchange with colleagues from different areas You take over the role of the contractor's representation and perform sovereignly outwards while acting as a valuable part of a large company at the same time We are also pleased to receive your application if you do not meet all the above qualifications.
