You are fully responsible for the management of ideas – from acceptance to assessment to premisation – and continuously develop the processes. You analyze existing processes and drive their digitalization and automation, especially with the Microsoft Power Platform. You create KPIs, reports and dashboards, ensure high data quality and transparency for all parties. You actively market ideas management, support submitters in queries and ensure a positive experience along the entire process.
