Head of the Business and Building Technology Division Ensuring the operational safety of all properties of the Klinikum Wilhelmshaven gGmbH Budget Responsibility for Operational and Building Technology Personnel responsibility and management for the assigned employees Qualitative and quantitative planning, monitoring and documentation of maintenance, repairs and statutory audits Coordination and monitoring of the various structures in rebuilding, refurbishment and renovation measures Further development and maintenance of the CAFM system Responsible resource planning Coordination of performance (internal and external), including measures outside maintenance (projects, investment measures) Preparation of Make or Buy – Decisions Support for budget planning, cost control and investment projects Date and cost control of all operational performances Procurement and execution (monitoring, testing, acceptance, testing) Energy management and sustainability management ( procurement, optimization, saving measures) Deputy Head of Division

Complete study of the field of supply technology, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification You already have knowledge of the relevant rules and a good understanding of the analysis and solution of technical challenges.
