Tasks

• Together with the team and the leadership level, you have the task of constantly developing the subject of project controlling.
• You are responsible for controlling the controlling, planning, reporting, forecasting and performance controlling processes.
• They carry out the production and logistics control with a focus on construction projects in the special environment of submarines/marine ships.
• They control and "challenge" the results of internal customers.
• They support the strategic development of production controlling by introducing modern controlling approaches to proactive support for internal customers.
• They are responsible for benchmarking processes and other topics.

Profile

• You can demonstrate a successfully completed study, e.g. business informatics or industrial engineering with the focus on controlling.
• You can preferably present a multi-year experience in controlling or production controlling in an armor company.
• Knowledge of project controlling processes and the relevant tools are advantageous.
• They are characterized by a very good oral and written expression and a great sense of responsibility.
• Solution-oriented thinking and stakeholder management are in your blood.
• Self-employed, pro-active and structured action, a very large initiative and flexibility are of course for you.
• They are practiced in conflict management and can represent the work results at all hierarchical levels.
