Quality Engineer / Quality Operations Specialist – MedTech (m/f/d)

Your tasks You work in Quality Operation teams of our customers with independent responsibility for quality-relevant activities With the production, operations and business functions on the customer side, you work closely together to ensure both product and process quality Examination, approval and control of non-conformities (NC) and CAPAs as well as active moderation of problem-solving and root-cause analyses are among your tasks The leadership and participation in the further development of manufacturing processes for existing and new products is part of your tasks in customer projects You analyze and evaluate requests for derogations and special releases (Concessions) Review and Release of Change Management Activities The maintenance and monitoring of KPIs for process quality, trend analysis and introduction of appropriate measures is in your hands You support the implementation and evaluation of Quality Acceptance Tests (QATs) on the customer side Participation in risk management through identification of vulnerabilities and potential for improvement Participation in internal and external audits as well as professional communication with regulatory representatives on the customer side are part of your task You support the validation and qualification of customer processes and systems (Review & Release) You accompany our customers' production shifts to other locations with the leadership of quality activities You coach and support your colleagues on quality topics

MUST HAVE You have a degree in natural sciences, engineering or a comparable degree You have at least 2 years of professional experience in an engineering or natural science-based function Good knowledge of risk-based and statistical methods is advantageous You work independently, structured and have the ability to control multiple tasks in parallel in a dynamic environment You work structured, independent and conscientious You have pronounced analytical and problem-solving skills You are strong in communication, team-ready and follow a consistent stakeholder and customer orientation Your appearance is diplomatic and you have very good interpersonal skills You are open to changes and have a pronounced continuous improvisation minimum set You are ''hands-on'' and the project progress is about your task description / responsibility Within your activity you are always one step ahead and act proactively Your excellent communication skills ensure that you can win others for you and convince them of your ideas Your empathy and conflict resolution skills ensure that you can quickly fit into new teams and be effective You have fun working on interdisciplinary and international teams The willingness to travel (20%) and the extra mile to advance projects English knowledge is very good, both in word and in writing
