Strategic leadership and promotion of the Global People Systems & Analytics team Supporting our HR IT systems SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur and aconso Control of international roll-outs and (new) introduction of global standards Design, implementation and ongoing development of our HR processes in cooperation with internal stakeholders Support for license, release and refresh management Control of external service providers

Founded practical experience in the direction of international transformation or Implementation projects with the application of SAP SuccessFactors leadership experience as well as an appreciation, integratative handling of employees Motivation to raise new topics and take challenges Business know-how, for example in HR controlling Communication-strong personality paired with a moderation and presentation skills Very good English skills in word and writing
