Operating main contact partner for customers in the responsible inventory Planning, control and control of all FM services (technical & infrastructural) Coordination and evaluation of service providers incl. Complaint management Implementation of object and warranty visits incl. Documentation Ensuring operator obligations, tests and plant conditions Maintenance and updating of technical and infrastructure master data Environmental and Energy Management incl. Action management Cost control, accounting and reporting Support for projects and implementation of special tasks Ensuring legal requirements, standards and guidelines Identification of optimization and order potentials

Complete technical or commercial studies or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in facility management / object management Knowledge of real estate management Very good SAP R/3 and MS Office skills Embossed customer and service orientation Organisational strength, ownership and enforcement Negotiating, professional appearance High operational readiness and loadability Driving licence Class B and mobility
