Planning, organisation and coordination of personnel development and qualification measures as well as training, workshops and seminars

Creation and management of personal documents (e.g. employment contracts, certificates, certificates)

Processing of entry and exit processes as well as time corrections in SAP and creation of reporting

Support for cross-departmental projects and active participation in the optimization of HR processes

Planning, organisation and management of training concepts

Care and advice of trainees and trainees

Support for recruitment and selection of trainees

Participation in vocational and school trade fairs and cooperation with educational institutions and external partners

Completed commercial training and first professional experience in the field of HR, ideally focusing on personnel development and training

Training according to AEVO and good knowledge in the training regulation

Knowledge in handling SAP systems as well as safe handling of MS Office are desirable.
