You actively shape the digitalization of network expansion and introduce your own ideas to advance real improvements. Together we create structures that make our expansion smarter and more efficient. You analyze the challenges of network expansion with a clear view, identify potentials and use user-centric methods to sustainably optimize processes. In the development of internal tools and dashboards, you make sure that processes become more transparent and that colleagues in everyday life can make the right decisions easier. You support a clear and comprehensible communication of changes, so that all participants are safely taken along in the digitization process. With your structured and open way of working, you will bring orientation into the daily business, coordinate voting and contribute to developing our work culture together. You work closely with our team and have the opportunity to get to know many topics of digitalization

What distinguishes you: You're either immatricated or just in a Gap Year. You are studying BWL, Digital Business, Innovation Management, Business Informatics or a comparable discipline with good academic performance. Technical courses such as telecommunications informatics or electrical and information technology also fit well if you are interested in digitization processes. You bring first experiences with digital processes or user-centric methods and use this knowledge to advance your own topics independently. You speak German and English.
