Here, all numbers from the company come together and are processed accordingly. The operating business incidents in the areas of Residential, Hotels and Offices are systematically recorded, evaluated and monitored in accounting using documents. Auditing and validation of invoices Processing of remindings Booking of administrative bills Own-responsible processing of incoming invoices in the area of administrative costs in compliance with statutory and internal requirements Preparation of payment and supervision of open items Support for the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts by HGB Participation in the analysis and control of administrative costs Contact person for internal specialist departments and external service providers for accounting issues Care and development of internal processes in the field of creditor accounting and administrative cost accounting

A successfully completed commercial training Ideally experience in handling ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook Structured, conscientious and independent working Teamability, communication strength and a good number understanding A structured, reliable and team-oriented way of working
