Fully qualified lawyer (f/m/d) Contract, transport and logistics law

You address legal questions about transport, logistics and general contract law. You will examine, formulate and negotiate contracts and advise our operational decision-makers legally. You independently process complex legal issues and prepare them for our operational units. You support national and international sites in matters relating to warehouse, logistics and transport law. You coordinate external legal advisers in judicial disputes in Germany and abroad. You work closely with other companies of the Rhenus Group in international projects.

You have a degree in law (1st and 2nd state exams) and at least 3 years of professional experience in contract and economic law. Ideally, you will have first experiences in transport and logistics law - if not, we will allow you to have a structured and practical integration and targeted training in this exciting legal area. Knowledge of commercial rental rights is an additional plus. You have a strong economic understanding, work structured and solution-oriented - you always keep the practical reference in mind and develop legally sound recommendations for action. You can communicate safely in German and English - also in complex, international projects. You are characterized by your own initiative, sense of responsibility and a safe occurrence - even in challenging situations you keep an overview. Teamwork is self-evident - you like to work in interdisciplinary project teams and appreciate the exchange with colleagues from different disciplines. You will certainly communicate in German and English - in writing as oral - and move in an international working environment.
