The nursing director at the University Hospital Jena is looking for a nursing specialist (m/w/d) for the conservative oncological daily clinic/A300:

Your role:

• Your job is to carry out the basic and treatment care of our patients (m/w/d) in compliance with current quality standards, to support and guide them.
• During the planning, implementation and evaluation of the care process, you will depend on current, evidence-based and ethical standards
• In close interprofessional cooperation, you represent your profession with the aim of ensuring the best possible patient care
• With your high expertise, you can actively and decisively shape your workplace
• Use Monday to Friday from 7:00am to approx. 19:00 o'clock and Saturdays from 7.00 o'clock to approx. 14:00

Your profile:

• You have a completed vocational training as a nursing professional, health care and nursing professional / nursing professional / nursing professional, nurse / nursing professional or health care and children's caregiver / health care and children's caregiver or a completed university course in a dual Bachelor Care course
• You have experience in the care of oncological patients as well as patients and ideally bring a specialist training in oncology – or the willingness to acquire them with our support
• With your commitment and motivation, you contribute to developing and implementing contemporary care concepts
• Communication strength and a high sense of responsibility shape your working style
• Individual initiative, flexibility in the perception of tasks and a positive attitude towards interdisciplinary work
