In your function, you test the market to what extent new rental concepts can be derived to the real estate station You develop short- and long-term rental ideas and create projects Negotiations on the subject of rental contracts are carried out by and after careful examination, you put new rental offers together The acquisition of rental contract partners:inside for passenger train stations and the negotiation of rental contracts is also one of your tasks You can work with the tenant: in-house support in refurbishment and commissioning with Your responsibility lies in the implementation of the rental targets for new and post-let rentals

Your profile:
