You independently and responsibly process all incoming requests, complaints and differences by telephone and written correspondence. You are an active part of error analysis and process improvement. You conduct consultations and complaints and talks with our clientele. You are a competent contact person for transporters. You agree with all operational departments. You create evaluations and maintain data.

You have completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or a comparable completed commercial training. You have ideally been able to gain first professional experience in a forwarding and convince by your commitment and personality. You are sure to use the current MS Office applications. We presuppose certain knowledge of English in word and writing. You own organizational talent and work absolutely service-oriented. You include teamwork, resilience and enforcement skills among your strengths.
