The tasks of the department include concentrating on security-relevant issues both on information security and physical security, as well as controlling the non-financial risks of the financial agency. (m/w/d). The essential task here is to control the safety level by defining framework conditions and monitoring the risks (second line of defense in the sense of the Three-Lines-of-Defense model). In the safety-relevant topics, close cooperation with all the departments of the financial agency – in particular with the information technology sector – takes place. The task spectrum includes, in particular, the following tasks: Professional and disciplinary leadership of the department with currently seven employees Control, development and implementation of the information security process Advice to the departments, the extended management and the BMF on the security of the financial agency Creation of reports for internal and external addressees In addition, the department management is responsible for the following tasks: Control and monitoring of outsourcing management Control and monitoring of emergency planning and business continuity management Monitoring of regulatory requirements and testing for their applicability and the subsequent implementation in the financial agency

Complete study of economics, (economic) informatics, information security or a comparable qualification Finded professional experiences in the topics (information-)security or non-financial risks Experiences in regulatory requirements on the aforementioned topics and their implementation are advantageous First management and/or project management experiences are required Structured, flexible and adaptive operation Ability to understand, analyze and evaluate operational processes and technical relationships and systems in relation to associated risks Ability to find creative solutions for complex and strategic tasks Ability to create open and constructive cooperation in the team and across the company Very good German knowledge of word and writing as well as good English knowledge
