You plan and organize the training courses for future railway workers: inside the service. You make sure that all contents of the operational training framework plan are fully and practical. You start, rework and update modern training and training documents. You provide training contents independently in theory and practice units and accompany the trainees on their learning path. You coordinate the placement of further training contents together with our internal departments. You attend and accompany a group of trainees both professionally and disciplinaryly. You will check training certificates and reports and provide complete documentation of the progress of training. You have a successfully completed training as a railway operator: in the service with the department locomotive driver:in and transport.
