IT Project Manager (m/f/d)

Own-sponsored management of software development projects, from planning to control to successful completion in compliance with time, budget and quality objectives. Leadership of interdisciplinary project teams as well as promoting efficient cooperation between development, testing, quality assurance and other areas of expertise, across locations with colleagues in Germany, India, Taiwan and Spain. Confidential cooperation with customers, stakeholders and management to create transparency, to match expectations and to ensure the success of the project sustainably. Creation and continuous development of project plans, status reports and risk assessments as the basis for sound decisions in the project. Proactive identification of project risks and the development and implementation of appropriate measures to minimize risks at an early stage and to keep projects on track. Moderation of workshops, meetings and presentations, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant quality standards and applicable standards throughout the project.

Multiannual experience (5+ years) in the independent management of software development projects, ideally in an international environment. routine in the use of agile and/or classic project management methods such as Scrum, Kanban or Waterfall as well as the feeling of choosing the right approach for different project situations. Sovereign dealing with customers, stakeholders and interdisciplinary project teams as well as the ability to bring together different interests in a targeted manner. Experience in detecting risks at an early stage, setting priorities and making informed decisions in challenging project situations. Ideally, you have a project management certification (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2 or IPMA) as well as knowledge in change management and process optimization. German language skills (C2) and very good English skills (at least B2).
