How to make the difference Support in the design, planning and implementation of marketing campaigns in close cooperation with internal departments and external manufacturer and agency partners Working with online marketing activities (e.g. social media, newsletters and Google Ads/SEA, SEO and retargeting) Support in the care and development of the website Creating and implementing content for digital marketing measures (e.g. newsletters, invitations, mailings and content for website and landing pages) Coordination and further development of marketing materials and advertising materials (from website boards to print brochures, presentations etc.) Support for HR Marketing Activities Conception and organisation of events, webcasts and trade fairs (invitations, participant management, materials, refurbishment) Support in coordinating and creating PR and press content Maintaining campaign and action overviews and support in budget and reporting issues Communication and coordination with agencies, suppliers and producer partners
Skills that inspire us First practical experience in marketing, communication or media Interest in B2B Marketing (IT is a plus, but not a must) Safe handling of digital tools and a good understanding of online marketing issues Ideally first knowledge in WordPress and/or in maintaining website content Basic understanding for analysis/tracking is an advantage (e.g. Google Analytics) Safe handling of MS Office; Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva is beneficial Structured and reliable operation Team spirit, high communication skills and very good German knowledge in word and writing
