Cook in Brazil (m/f/d)

For our Brazil team, we are looking for a cook or cook (m/w/d) who exercises his/her profession with passion and joy.

800 degrees for the perfect steak. Freshly grilled steaks, grilled fish, premium burgers, fresh salads, Caribbean desserts and exotic cocktails. For more than 20 years, Brazil has been one of the most popular restaurants in the city centre of Chemnitz.

You have a complete vocational training as a cook or cook and ideally bring experience in international cuisine. Then apply to us!We are looking forward to your application!

Your tasks with us:

• all pre- and post-work in a á la carte kitchen

• Preparation of steaks, fish, meat and paste dressing, salads, premium burgers and desserts

• Supporting the kitchen management in daily tasks such as ordering and incoming goods

• Preparation of dishes for menus and buffets

Your requirements:

• Complete vocational training as a cook/cooker

• Passion and joy in cooking

• You like to work in the team and a good working environment is important to you

• You should be committed, conscientious and reliable

• The focus of your activity is the satisfaction of the guests
