Central first-level support for pay calculator and HR operating (creation of handouts to different processes) within the Power Systems division throughout Germany Monitoring of the monthly pay billing run in SAP HCM, analyzing error messages in the billing protocol and remedy in cooperation with IT Process optimization & Customizing (acquisition of technical requirements, evaluation and implementation in SAP Customizing, e.g. new collective agreements, new wage types) Ensuring data quality through system-based pre-checks and monitoring of interfaces to pre-systems (e.g. time recording) and follow-up activities (FI/CO overheading) Testing and Relase Management of New SAP Packages Creation of ad hoc evaluations by means of Query and standard reports Monitoring of tax and social security checks and audits Compilation of reports for audits and reports Cooperation in Group-wide projects (including introduction of S/4 HANA) Coordination of external service providers Documentation of system landscape and extensions Stabilisation of existing system landscape

Successfully completed studies in the field of information technology, business management or comparable training Professional experience in application management or in a comparable position Deep knowledge of the facts of the German pay bill Comprehensive experience in customizing the SAP pay bill for Germany (incl. schemes/account rules, as well as public authorities and social security funds) Experience in SAP HR forms and H4S4 of advantage Methodological knowledge (ideally with certification) in the fields of project management and ITIL desirable Great interest in building a professional in-house application company and project support Structured, independent and solution-oriented functioning as well as communication and team skills Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Intercultural competence and readiness to travel
