Organisation and implementation of requests from all guests Accepting reservation requests from our demanding and individual guests, as well as from companies and travel agencies Contact point for special guest requests (wedding requests, surprises, birthdays, etc.) Service-oriented advice on R&B reservations of our international guests Representation of Butler, Concierge and Guest Relation Team Maintenance of the Royal Service Manager program Personal contact for hotel guests on site General administrative tasks

Unlimited employment contract Monthly over-tariff compensation for the position of the Guest Experience Agent of 2.955,00€ gross at a full-time position. Partial calculation for parttime employment.

A full 13th gross monthly salary as Christmas money from the statutory 1st year of service (entry between 01.01. and 30.06.)
