People Lead (m/f/d)

Discipline leadership and further development of the software engineering team (software development & quality engineering). Planning and control of human resources in close coordination with People Leads and Principal Engineers. Promoting open communication and working culture within the stream and across the range. Early detection and resolution of conflicts to ensure productivity and team satisfaction. Establishment and continuous optimization of processes and best practices in software engineering. Close cooperation with Tech Leads and Area Management including resource, priority planning and implementation and monitoring of OKRs and KPIs.

Complete study in the IT environment or comparable qualification as well as several years of experience in software engineering. Multiannual leadership experience in cross-functional teams with a strong focus on professional and personal development. Very good knowledge of modern development processes and methods (Agile, CI/CD, DevOps). Impressed communication strength and experience in stakeholder, resource and priority management. Sovereign dealing with conflicts, complex situations and analytical and structured working methods. Experience with OKRs and KPIs. Very good knowledge of German and English.
