checking and transfer of values from the measuring points to the Wilken with error controlling and accounting check; You therefore work closely in coordination with the technical department and the EDM . regular data transmission control associated with data maintenance, data matching and tracking Support of own and external measuring stations, in particular for iMSys You act as an interface between technology / customer service / EDM Project work will include part of your activities (e.g. tenant electricity or heating cost accounting) PC and common MS Office applications are not a topic for you, that is perfect!

You have worked in the field of energy supply and have knowledge, in particular on the legal framework of the energy industry (EnWG or GVV) Ideally, you worked in the Wilken Energy billing system, or in other systems - that would be great! The area of modern measuring point operation is not unknown to you?! Customer service is very important to us!
