Facility Management Specialist - Full-time (m/f/d)

You independently control and manage all facets of the integrated facility management in one or more IKEA units to proactively and sustainably increase the value and efficiency of the real estate. This involves continuous adaptation and further development to our changing FM setup and ensuring the smooth interaction of all FM devices. You ensure a faultless and efficient operation of the real estate over its entire life cycle, with particular focus on complete compliance with all security regulations and legal compliance requirements, as well as strategic maintenance and continuous optimization of the facilities. You are responsible for project management for complex FM services and for repair and modernization measures. It plans, organizes, coordinates and monitors external service providers with high precision and conducts systematic quality and process controls. You are able to conduct conflict situations and complex negotiations with external service providers in a sovereign and result-oriented manner, thereby representing the interests of the company professionally and consistently. This also includes the process-compliant and effective handling of defect displays and escalation paths. Create detailed and meaningful reports on energy consumption, value management and cost tracking and ensure complete and audit-proof maintenance of inventory and operational documentation. You bring the ability to communicate complex information in a concise and targeted manner. You represent the FM Manager unit or the FM Manager unit with high professionalism and self-responsibility.

You are passionate about integrated facility management and have profound experience with complex technical and infrastructural facility management services of a retail property as well as strategic supplier management of a variety of trades. You have a completed training as an electrician:in and/or a commercial training with sound additional qualification in facility management. Your technical skills are profound and enable you to independently evaluate and solve complex issues, especially in the area of warranty and process optimization. You have proven experience in project management of FM services, from conceptual planning to efficient execution to precise control and audit-proof documentation. You work highly organized, proactive and independent, bringing a pronounced solution orientation and openness to continuous process improvements. You have pronounced analytical skills and very good knowledge of the relevant IT tools in facility management, including SAP. Safe application of English language in word and writing is essential for international communication. You are a communication-strong person who masters conflict situations and negotiates them in a result-oriented manner.
