CNC Machining Engineer (m/w/d)

Precise milling of complex welding tools and electrodes of non-ferrous metals and machine components of steel and technical plastics

Self-adjustment, fitting and fitting of modern CNC-controlled milling machines and 3- to 5-axis machining centres

Creating, reading and optimizing CNC programs directly on the machine or using CAD/CAM interfaces based on technical drawings

Quality assurance

Conducting regular maintenance and maintenance work

Successfully completed training as machining mechanic (machine milling), CNC machining, tool mechanic or a comparable qualification

Found experience in the operation and programming of CNC machines

Experience in the precise machining of non-ferrous metals

Secure reading and conversion of technical drawings, work plans and CAD data

High quality awareness and a good eye for details

Self-employed, structured, targeted and team-oriented work
