Contract and Bidding Clerk (m/f/d)

Your duties You process price requests from our suppliers and evaluate offers. You maintain articles, prices and master data in our ERP system. You monitor deadlines and deadlines for price requests. You create offer documents, sales documents and customer price lists. You support the planning and calculation of kitchen projects. You support the field service in offering and project execution. You are in regular exchange with customers, suppliers and internal contact persons.

Your profile Closed commercial or technical training, e.g. industrial businessman, office businessman or a comparable qualification. Professional experience in the field work, ideally in the furniture, kitchen or object area, is of advantage. Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel. Basic technical understanding and structured, careful working. Good organisational and coordination skills. Teamability, operational readiness and reliability. Very good German knowledge in word and writing, English knowledge of advantage.
