• Multiannual experience in the object and team management, ideally also the further training for/for the certified object manager/in
• Class B driving licence (company car is placed)
• Safe to use MS Office
• Good organisational skills, a structured and self-responsive way of working, and a competent appearance to customers and team members
• At the personal level, you can convince by team spirit, enforcing ability and friendly communication – even if it becomes stressful in everyday cleaning.

Your new key position leads you straight into our property management, where you are responsible for the cleaning work in varied customer objects and ensure that business, industrial and residential areas not only remain clean, but OPTImal.

• Organisation: You create schedules and schedules of services taking into account holiday periods and thus ensure both smooth workflows and reliable cleaning in the supervised objects.
• Review: You carry out quality checks in which you check the work of our employees and pay attention to compliance with our high cleaning standards.
• Customer contact: In direct exchange with our customers, you take up concerns, agree on requirements and ensure that our services meet our high quality standards at all times.
• Resource planning: You are responsible for resource management and also keep in mind the most important cleaning and consumables to reorder them in time.
