Accounting Clerk (m/f/d)

The Stadtwerke Koblenz GmbH is a municipal company in the Rhine-Mosel city with its approximately 115,000 inhabitants. As a 100% subsidiary of the city of Koblenz, the municipal works are responsible for the operations of port and railway operations as well as participations and joint administration. The two 100% subsidiaries Koblenzer Verkehrsbetriebe GmbH (koveb) and KoblenzerBad GmbH are part of the Stadtwerke Group. The latter operates the Moselbad opened in 2024. In addition to the management of its own holding companies, SWK also carries out the participation management for the city of Koblenz. SWK also coordinates projects such as the implementation of municipal heat planning. • Full time (39 hours/week) –

Own implementation of current financial accounting (debitor, creditors and accounts accounting) Leading plant accounting Creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts by HGB Creation of sales tax forecasts and other tax reports Implementation of dunning and payment transactions Preparation of evaluations and statistics for management Support in the further development of processes to improve efficiency and transparency If necessary, additional tasks in the financial sector and support of the team in cross-departmental projects.

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with further training to the account holder or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in financial accounting Knowledge of German tax law Structured, careful and time-oriented operation Safe handling of common MS Office applications and common accounting software (ideally with Oxaion)
