Our Performance Management department, which is directly assigned to the COO DACH, plays a key role in the analysis and optimization of the operating business. Analysis of locations and service contracts for identifying optimization potentials Action derivation based on analysis results Coordination of implementation of optimization measures Close cooperation and regular exchange with all management levels (from object management to board level) to ensure effective and sustainable performance optimization Implementation of KPI dashboards, definition of KPIs and thresholds Implementation of project work such as baseline analysis, data validation and action tracking in the regions Preparation and performance management training

Completed studies in (economic)engineering, business, or related fields Professional experience in a comparable position in performance management, consulting or a related area Project Management Experiences and Knowledge in Operational (Project)Controlling Experience in the handling of service contracts in the real estate industry or in the industrial environment desirable Analytical strength Very good knowledge of German and English Valuable communication at eye level
