You enter defined international key customers: inside and develop the accounts strategically. You understand the industry specifics from the electronics sector and work together with our expert:inside tailor-made solutions. You build sustainable relationships with decision-makers:inside, you recognise potentials and secure long-term partnerships. As a strategic:r partner:into your eye level – with a deep understanding of processes and market mechanisms. You create internal interfaces (operations, IT, customer service) and ensure that new services or process changes are seamlessly implemented and continuously optimized. You analyze relevant KPIs, prepare reports and guide measures to increase efficiency and ensure budget targets. You actively contribute your market knowledge – for new services, process optimization and innovative logistics solutions in the area of consumer products.

You have a completed business studies or a comparable qualification – ideally focusing on sales, logistics or management. You have relevant experience in Account Management, Business Development or Sales and contributes communication and consulting skills. You work independently, proactively and solution-oriented and have your own initiative. You have a good analytical and numerical understanding and professionally deal with forecasts, KPIs, budgets and business cases. You have ideally gained an understanding of logistics processes and supply chain processes as well as industry knowledge in the field of electronics or consumer products. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing; Knowledge of Polish or Chinese language is a plus. You bring social competence in dealing with different cultures and international stakeholders.
