You take on the independent support and strategic development of our key accounts As a key player for your customers, you control the cooperation with internal teams You recognize customer potential early, develop suitable solutions and accompany their implementation In addition to the further development of existing accounts, you actively contribute to the acquisition of new customers: Data and process-oriented work is part of your everyday life: Relevant KPIs are ready for you and guide action recommendations You actively contribute to the further development of our account and customer processes and shape them with you For the support of your key accounts you are ready to travel and take regular appointments with customers:

You have several years of professional experience in Key Account Management, Account Management, Customer Success or in a comparable B2B role The independent support of customers and the responsibility for customer relationships and projects are familiar to you You work structured, solution-oriented and communication-strong – both in exchange with customers and internally with different teams Entrepreneurial thinking, numerical affinity and a safe handling of processes and digital tools (e.g. CRM systems) are part of everyday work for you You bring a hand-on mentality, take responsibility and feel like acquise as well as the active expansion of customer relationships Nice to have: You have ideally experience in the logistics, technology or platform industry as well as in cooperation with interdisciplinary or international teams
