Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Are you looking forward to an exciting activity where you can take responsibility and actively contribute your own ideas? In the residential project “Erlenhof” in Erbach, 17 people with disabilities find a home-in eight individually cut apartments with plenty of space for community and retreat. The green courtyard and the large garden invite you to breathe, coexistence and feel good.

How does your day look like • With empathy and humour, you will create a reliable daily routine, accompany the residents individually in the new social space and promote neighbourly relations • You take over the basic care of our clients and specific case responsibilities to ensure self-determined life, to manage everyday life and participate in life • You will have an overview of all basic services and SGB IX. You are in contact with various cost-beneficiaries, apply for technical service hours and ensure their provision • They build sustainable relationships, create structure and appreciate the varied work with special people • For the best possible support, you work closely with members, legal supervisors, the team and with colleagues working across the board, e.g. specialist advice or specialist care, who support you in your work
