Customer Care & Acquisition: Active support of customer contacts in a specific market and product sector (release market Germany) and identification and evaluation of potential projects according to economic and technical criteria. Technical advice & offering preparation: Technical support for customers in technical issues, detailed technical development of customer requests and testing for feasibility (technical, economic, time). Costing and pricing policy: technical and commercial clarification, preparation and disclosure of relevant data for supply and price calculation. Project Planning, Control & Coordination: Replacement of project structures and schedules for standardized open-loop projects as well as ongoing coordination with the relevant internal departments (special technology), the commissioner and possibly external laboratories. Project execution: Continuous monitoring of project progress, dates and target costs as well as the initiation of corrective measures for deviations. Customer acceptance & Logistics coordination: Own-sponsored organization, preparation and support of customer acceptance and coordination of deliveries to the construction sites. Project follow-up: Contact for customers during construction phase and after delivery.

Training: Successfully completed basic technical training or commercial training with technical training or high technical affinity Professional experience: Preferably professional experience in a comparable interface function, ideally in technical sales, inside sales or project management. Expertise: Market knowledge (optional), project management (distribution projects), technical & commercial understanding, system knowledge (MS Office, ERP, ...). Others: Communication & negotiation skills, independent and solid working methods, organisational skills, loadability and a structured, solution-oriented working.
