Working student in vehicle coordination (d/m/f)

For our open position as a working student in the vehicle coordinaton (d/m/w) we are looking for you! Start in the Customer Delivery Team and be responsible for the daily business as well as for ensuring the quality of the fleet and the delivery of premium vehicles from our Autohero Retail Department. In this department we allow our customers: an incomparable online car purchase experience. Our innovative platform allows customers to purchase high-quality used cars online conveniently, safely and transparently.

Maintain our customers and ensure a perfect service process! Conduct the transfer of vehicles with the digital transfer protocol Provide the appropriate vehicles for the preparation and ensure a smooth operation Perform the quality control of our customer vehicles and thus support our vehicle assessors Override general administrative tasks and is available as contact for other departments at the site

You are currently studying and are still registered at a university or university for at least one year Ideally, first experiences through side jobs in fleet management, but also experiences from the fields of gastronomy, hotel industry and retail are happy to see (first) professional experience in the sale, purchasing and/or service in the automotive sector are a plus! Coordinated, structured and independent working methods Impressed communication skills and strong customer orientation with always friendly and professional appearance Loadability, own initiative as well as pronounced team player qualities Flowing German knowledge and first experiences with Google Sheets, Word and Excel as well as a class B driving licence
