Commercial care of objects in the field of business and housing as a central point for the renters Leading lease negotiations: From active rent acquisition to contract conclusion Proactive object management: exhaustion of adjustment potentials and follow-up negotiations Own receivable tracking based on centrally created dunning processes (RELion) Creation of object analyses/evaluations, rental and optimization strategies as well as reporting/statistics Creation of budget planning and reporting incl. Monitoring and optimization of budgeted plan figures Control and monitoring of external service providers for optimal management of objects Processing of insurance damage in cooperation with technical property management Plausibility of cost accounting and processing of objections

Professional experience in commercial property management / building management Education / Studies / Training in real estate, technology or crafts Minor further education Real estate business or real estate economics Strong service orientation, motivation and passion for the real estate industry Communication strength and fun at customer contact Travel readiness (20%-60%) depending on the projects (car driving licence)
