Responsibility for establishing the project business in northern Germany in close cooperation with internal planning teams Construction and maintenance of a network with architects, builders, project developers, engineering offices and specialist planners Costing and supply creation, as well as procurement negotiations Participation in trade fairs and representation of the company Market observation and research on new projects and partners

Complete technical training or studies such as civil engineering, architecture, engineering or comparable qualifications Professional experience in the fields of costing, planning and project management Teamplayer (m/w/d) with high autonomy and joy in sales as well as a building design background occasional readiness to travel within northern Germany
