End-to-end Responsibility for Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) from the edition and structuring to the implementation of the fund strategy to ongoing optimization Investor and Stakeholder Management as a key player in fund strategy, including fund development communication, as well as support for investor talks and committee meetings Analyses, scenarios and KPI-based control of liquidity, distributions and planning including derivation and preparation of decisions-relevant recommendations Examination, assessment and approval in the investment process and coordination of due diligence in close coordination with Investment, M&A, project development, portfolio and asset management Management of fund service providers, compilation of investor reporting, as well as accompaniment of annual accounts and audits as a contact person for auditors and tax advisors

Completed studies in economics, finance, BWL/VWL or a comparable discipline Multiannual experience in fund management, asset management or investments, ideally with AIF structures and in the environment Renewable energies Expressed analytical strength, entrepreneurial thinking and high self-responsibility Team spirit, reliability and discretion Very good knowledge of German and English as well as a safe occurrence towards investors and partners
