Your tasks As a construction engineer (m/w/d) at the Geiger Group, you will find a versatile task area. They operate modern chain excavators, thrusters, wheel loaders, roller trains and dumper, partly with GPS control. Their use is carried out locally on demanding demolition, refurbishment and landfill sites. As part of your career path to the foreman (m/w/d), you can also support the organization and coordination of workflows with the aim of taking over leadership tasks later. They participate in targeted training and training measures, the costs of which we of course bear. Experienced colleagues encourage you in practice and accompany you on your way. After successful qualification, you take over the independent leadership of a construction site team and the demanding pre-workers. Your profile For this demanding position, you will ideally bring a completed training as a construction equipment manager (m/w/d) or relevant, multi-year professional experience. They show motivation for the personal development and acquisition of leadership responsibility as well as the willingness to participate in training and further training to the foreman (m/w/d).
