For our IT Directorate we are looking for one or more (Senior) Data Specialist (m/w/d) for IT Data

As a (Senior) Data Specialist, you take care of the further development and implementation of ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load). You are responsible for data migration and integration as well as for data modeling and ensuring the data quality of the applications in the area of data. You work in an agile team and develop the Data Center and data usage within projects, taking into account the agreed architectures and development processes of Mobilize Financial Services.You work with your team to implement solutions, communicate and work across teams and support project management in project implementation Your main tasks are the analysis, development and optimization of data, data models and their use, as well as the optimization of processes. You participate in agile rule meetings, such as Scrum meetings, supports project management with estimates and ́logging your project progress in Jira. You develop KPIs for tracking and data quality and work on appropriate measures to improve quality. You work cross-functional in close coordination with the PO, project management, developers, DevOps & the tester, in your own squad and other squads. Your tasks include the coordination of expenses and technical solutions for development planning according to project requirements, including technical documentation of the work results in existing tools such as Confluence. You judge new technologies/methods with regard to their possibilities and their influence on existing data models and applications/systems used. You ensure the implementation of compliance and IT security requirements in terms of data and data exchange. Together with the data consolidation and storage team, you secure the exchange between the DWHs and the resystems and support data transfer to the international data warehouse Solution in the GCP (Google cloud platform).

You have a successfully completed study of computer science, business informatics or a similar course of study You bring relevant experiences with relational databases, ETL/ELT processes and data integration (ideally with Qlik Talend), including data modeling and DWH architectures You have conceptual strength, creativity and innovative strength, as well as an agile mindset and experience in an agile environment. You bring knowledge in Java, Spring-Boot, Git, SQL, DataVault, XML, Rest APIs and JSON, as well as experience with cloud data platforms You are versed in the application of Best-Practices, Design-Patterns, Clean-Code and Semantic-Versioning. A structured way of working and a high analytical ability are your own as well as a high sense of quality and responsibility. Embossed communicative skills, team skills and entrepreneurial thinking and acting are your daily work. You think solution- and service-oriented, work independently and possess enforcement.
