Operation, control and monitoring of production facilities in the area of operating space Acceptance, storage and processing of the milk raw materials supplied Control and demand-oriented distribution of raw material flows in the plant loading and unloading of liquid products by means of tank load trains Implementation and monitoring of automated cleaning processes Ensuring plant availability and independent troubleshooting Introduction of appropriate measures for process deviations Care and control of production and quality documentation Coordination with adjacent production and logistics areas Conducting sampling and quality control in the ongoing process Cooperation across interfaces to ensure smooth processes

(m/w/d), specialist in food technology (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification with a focus on food Multiannual professional experience, ideally in the field of milk processing/farm desirable Good technical understanding, pronounced quality and hygiene awareness Ready to work in 3-shift operation as well as on weekends and holidays Good German knowledge
