Leadership & Development: Professional and disciplinary management of the entire production team, including qualification and development of employees. Process & Quality: Establishing new, efficient standard processes and continuous development of production processes. Ensuring automotive quality in the injection moulding area. Design change: initiation and support of change processes in the team and environment. Operational Excellence: Ensuring production operations while maintaining quality, efficiency and safety. KPI management: determination, analysis and reporting of relevant production characteristics directly to the operating management. Interface work: Close coordination with development, logistics, purchasing, quality management and maintenance.

Experience: Complete technical training or technical studies (e.g. technicians plastic and rubber technology, studies plastic technology or comparable) and several years of professional experience in plastics production Leadership: Detectional Leadership Experience, Enforcement, Communication and Team Skill. Design will: joy in the active advancement of changes and the construction of new structures.
