Heating Engineer Operation Heating Networks (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the operation and technical maintenance of the district heating network, including the planning, coordination, construction and settlement of refurbishment measures and the technical monitoring of external contractors (m/w/d) You carry out the acceptance and commissioning of new district heating lines, plants and transfer stations You take over the technical tendering of services, check and evaluate offers and make award decisions according to technical and economic criteria with You are critically involved in the organisation of the stand-alone service of district heating and organise training as well as instruction for employees (m/w/d) and foreign companies You work on the further development of standards, materials and technologies in close cooperation with the relevant interfaces You ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards and legal requirements You co-ordinate, monitor and assign employees (m/w/d) and foreign companies in construction and maintenance You take responsibility as a technically responsible specialist to AGFW FW 1000

Successfully completed bachelor's degree in supply technology, energy technology or a comparable discipline Expertise in district heating, piping and civil engineering and heating technology Good knowledge of the relevant regulations and regulations (e.g. AGFW, DIN/EN, AVB FernwärmeV, VOB, HOAI) Insufficient experience in planning, construction monitoring and accounting of technical measures Secure handling of standard EDV applications, ideally SAP, MS Office and RiwaGIS Knowledge of the system calculation and the hydraulics of district heating networks are desirable Structured, independent and economically oriented mode of operation as well as communication strength and safe occurrence to internal and external contact persons (m/w/d) Willingness to participate in the call readiness service Analytical conceptual thinking combined with structured working Class B valid driving permit Language level German: at least B2 for successful cooperation
