To strengthen an interdisciplinary team in the field of manufacturing engineering, we are looking for a dedicated personality for the field of production-time calculation. In this role, you work on complex new building projects in the maritime environment and contribute significantly to creating realistic, resilient and transparent costing bases for production. You work closely with various construction projects and departments and are actively involved in the economic planning and control of large projects.
Your tasks at a glance:
Enter and harmonise relevant metrics for the production performance of the yards across the site and coordinate them closely with the participating partners to create a uniform and reliable database. A clear and comprehensible description of the production services per assembly belongs to your task area, with a clear distinction between internal services and externally assigned works. The costing of the production hours for in-house services is a central part of your activity - including the professional representation of these figures in negotiations on performance and quantity structures. You continuously develop existing calculation methods, maintain the underlying systems and apply them safely in practice. Costing approaches for international projects are reviewed and evaluated by you to ensure comparability and plausibility. Throughout the project, you will ensure a coordinated assessment of the value-added depth of the shipyards, in particular in the demarcation of private and foreign services. Changes in projects - for example through adjustments in the scope of services, new allocations or performance shifts - accompany you computationally and integrate them continuously into the production-time planning. On this basis, you will create forecasts for the further development of production hours and will regularly agree with the participating partners. You regularly participate in rounds of votes, in which calculations are jointly examined, questioned and further developed.
Complete technical studies, e.g. in shipbuilding, mechanical engineering, in marine engineering, in industrial engineering or in a comparable course of studies - alternatively a further technical qualification as master or technician Funded technical expertise from several years of professional experience in manufacturing, ideally in shipbuilding, machinery and plant engineering Good understanding of the shipbuilding process and the processes on shipyards Embossed affinity for numbers, data and structured data processing Ready for occasional national missions (approximately 10%)
