System Manager Workstation Systems (m/f/d)

Conception, construction and operation of the workplace systems of the control center: You plan, implement and operate the workplace systems of the traffic control center. Ensure a high-availability, safe and efficient working environment and continuously develop it. Conception, construction and operation of specific control center IT: You are responsible for the operation and further development of the control center-specific IT systems and, together with other internal departments, coordinate integration into the central IT landscape. Administration of specific applications: You manage and supervise the specialist applications used in the control center, perform updates, analyze disturbances and support colleagues in technical issues. Technical risk management: you identify and evaluate technical risks, develop appropriate countermeasures and act as an interface to group-wide risk management. Information security coordination: You coordinate the implementation of information security requirements for the technical operation of the traffic control centre and support security measures. Participation in the willingness to call: you participate in our willingness to call and support in the rapid analysis and troubleshooting to ensure the operation of the control center.

You have a successfully completed IT degree or a comparable qualification. You already have first experience in the design, operation and administration of complex IT system landscapes (ideally in a traffic operation) and have knowledge in the areas of server operation, networks and IT security. Experiences in handling highly available or operationally critical systems are also advantageous. Ideally, you are owned by the ITIL 4 Foundation certification. You possess pronounced analytical and conceptual skills and bring service orientation, communication strength and a high sense of responsibility. You have the willingness to engage in the specific topics and systems of transport operations and to participate in our willingness to call.
