For IT operations we are looking for an at the next time Team Leaderin Server Operating Systems Place: Würzburg Date of entry: The next time possible Application deadline: 18.02.2026 Call number: 05-001-2026 Employment: Full time (part time is possible in principle) Remuneration: E13 TV EntgO-DRV (higher service) Activity The “IT operation” at the Würzburg site operates, manages and monitors the entire IT infrastructure and all IT procedures of the Pension Insurance (DSRV) data centre and central services for all pension insurance institutions. The Server and Infrastructure Services team provides operating systems, directory services and data backup based on a virtualized x86-architekur for the department.

Guide the IT operating team for servers (Linux and Windows) as well as operating system-related services Perceiving the personnel and expertise of a currently 10-member team Active design of team and sector development Support in implementing and maintaining change processes Active application of management tools for personnel development and operational health management Representation of the area in internal and external working and specialist groups and bodies

A completed vocational training in the IT sector or a completed higher education (Bachelor, Diplom FH) in the IT sector or an equivalent qualification (for example an IT-specific qualification) or comparable practical experience in the IT sector Multiannual professional experience in IT, ideally in operating system administration First experience in the professional management of teams or project teams Knowledge in coordinating and controlling workflows and monitoring work outcomes Analytical and structured thinking and working methods, pronounced communication skills, empathy and solution and process orientation complete your profile
