Against the background of a strategic realignment and the international growth course of our client, a central leadership position is created: As Head of Service & Montage (m/w/d), you take responsibility for the further structural expansion of the assembly and service departments. Their focus is on the coordination and further development of new plant assembly and technical customer service - both nationally and internationally. In addition, the position offers you the prospect of gradually increasing into an expanded leadership role with an international focus and strategically shaping the global service organization.

Technical studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering) or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in a leading position in service, assembly or after-sales Embossed technical understanding, ideally with industry knowledge in metal processing Structured, entrepreneurial thinking with a view to efficient processes International readiness and excellent English skills
