In this position, you are working as the head of a mental-psychological-psychotherapeutic daily clinic for 24 people with mental illnesses and as the head of the family and liaison service of our specialist at the University Hospital. Head of the daily clinic for people with mental illnesses and the consiliary and liaison service Psychiatry and psychotherapy at the university hospital both in supervisor function and active consiliary activity with professional and organizational responsibility for the treatment of patients in diagnosis, therapy and aftercare Supervision and guidance of doctors in further education, psychologists and other team members Interdisciplinary cooperation with care, social services, ergotherapy and other professional groups Visits and participation in case meetings, commissions and team conferences Ensuring treatment quality according to current guidelines and quality standards Further development of treatment concepts and active introduction of innovative ideas to optimise clinical processes Participation in the training of students and doctors Participation in call and standby services as part of the medical activity Commitment in Teaching and Research, Acquisition of Teaching Commitments, Possibility to Combine Scientific Projects

Complete specialist training in psychiatry and psychotherapy and doctoral studies Multiannual clinical experience in the psychiatric-psychotherapeutic field, ideally also in senior function Funded knowledge in diagnostics and therapy of mental illnesses (ambulant, semi-stationary and stationary) Experience in employee leadership as well as pleasure in leading a multi-professional team professionally and humanly Didactic competence and willingness to further develop doctors, psychologists and students Scientific interest, willingness to cooperate in research projects and the further development of modern treatment concepts Organizational skills and ability to structure clinical processes High social competence, communication strength and empathy in dealing with patients: Stressability and Responsibility in Clinical Everyday Life Willingness to interdisciplinary cooperation with other departments and external partners
