As Scrum Master of 2-3 product teams in a scaled environment of currently 11 development teams, you represent the agile values and take the method responsibility for our development processes (usually SCRUM, partly Kanban) As an experienced sparring partner for developers, product owners and executives, you design team-internal and team-wide structures and processes with Through your extensive method kit, you are looking for efficient and sustainable developments in the environment of our customer solutions (e.g. further development of our customer data systems or our tracking of shipments) You build on the agile maturity of the teams, make obstacles transparent, bring about solutions and keep them up You promote cooperation, recognize conflicts and accompany change processes in the agile process organization A valuable environment at eye level and real design possibilities

Qualification in IT, whether by studying or by professional experience as a developer or Product Owner You bring multi-year experience as Scrum Master in different teams and organizations. Experience in the consulting environment is advantageous.
