Self-coordination and application of project management methods Coordination and support in the preparation and implementation of project-related change and communication measures Support for resource planning in IT systems Updating project parameters for transparency and comparability at portfolio level Own organisation of status and decision-making bodies and workshop planning Coordination and creation of qualitative project documents and presentations Self-conception of internal surveys incl. Data analysis and reporting

Complete master's degree in the field of engineering, IT or comparable to several years of professional experience Multiannual experience in managing complex projects ideally in the pharmaceutical industry Secure handling of Microsoft Office and Atlassian Tools, e.g. Power Apps, Jira Team player with very good English and German skills Structured and autonomous functioning as well as very good communication skills Ability to quickly produce high quality results Ability to actively listen and fully understand the needs of others Working time model: 37.5 hours/week
