Air Freight Clerk (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the creation of transport documents (NOTOC, CMR and Flight Manifest) for the transport in the air and on the road as well as for the handling of the associated shipping documents and customs formalities, using the ECHOS Aviation Commercial Program. Through the permanent dialogue with the shift management, the customs office, the documentary staff as well as the management of the documentation, you ensure documentation and act as an interface to the warehouse/ documentation. You are a contact person for national and international customers within the scope of the customer service and will process the correspondence in German and English (word and writing). You are responsible for coordinating the documentary processes and tasks and monitor them as well as the timetables to be observed. You also take over hazardous goods checks and the monitoring of the cash register inventory as well as the monitoring of order, cleanliness and work security during the shift.

You ideally have a completed commercial training as a merchant (w/m/d) for forwarding and logistics services and corresponding professional experience in the field of air freight. You have security in dealing with MS Office. You bring good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. You are characterized by an independent, team-oriented working and commitment. You connect communication skills with convincing skills. You are ready for a reliability check as well as the interchangeable layer (break, late and night shift).
